The new era of having unlimited flexibility to work from home may seem more efficient in terms of time and energy, but our output is also dependent on our motivation and drive. Serendipitous interactions, spontaneous chats, sparks of inspiration and feeling part of a community are all more natural and easier when you share a physical space.
