Marta Badia Enrich – Therapist, Mentor, Systematic Coach & Psychosocial Counsellor

Marta Badia is a therapist, systematic coach, and psychosocial counsellor in Maresme. She created and designed ‘Socratis Essentia’, a people-centric brand, with a special focus on dealing with change, self-esteem, improving skills, and also conflict resolution. Marta uses disciplines such as neurolinguistic programming, emotional management, applied positive psychology, and systemic coaching for strengths and values for both companies and individuals. She helps with personal and professional leadership as well as change management.

She combines her work at Socratis with her work at the ICC (Institut Català del Coaching), an entity linked to training and knowledge in emotional coaching and psychosocial consulting for leadership and change management in organisations. She is also a teacher at the UPC (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) and at the Attycas Genus Consulting Firm for conflict resolution in the classroom.
