Una Pizza

Owned by a big family from Italy and Catalonia, Una Pizza brings authentic Italian tradition to the Maresme.

After many years of experience making delicious pizza at music festivals all over the world, the idea of a project on wheels was born, transforming a 1970s Ape Piaggio with a wood-fired oven to bring the taste of authentic Italian pizza to the streets and parties of Catalonia and its surroundings. 

In 2023, after the success of Una Pizza foodtruck at countless events and in Cabrils every weekend, the charming restaurant Una Pizza opened its doors in the heart of Vilassar de Mar.

In the restaurant, pizzas are also baked in an amazing wood fired oven, infused with its signature smoky flavour that transports you to Italy. The fermentation process that lasts at least 48 hours, together with an artisan dough recipe handed down from generation to generation, guarantees that every pizza is baked to perfection, crispy on the outside and delightfully soft on the inside.

What sets Una Pizza apart isn’t just the food, but the cosiness and welcoming ambiance. Whether you’re visiting for a casual meal with friends and family or a romantic evening out, the pizzeria boasts an atmosphere that feels both inviting and special. The restaurant also has a small patio at the back. Though compact, this outdoor space bathed in soft light offers a peaceful escape, surrounded by greenery.

The are staff knowledgeable and passionate about the craft of pizza-making and their enthusiasm for great food is evident in every detail. Definitely, a must-visit destination for pizza lovers.
