Caffè il Forno

Caffè il Forno is a Maresme brunch destination and bakery situated just in front of the sea, a stone’s throw from Vilassar de Mar train station. It has a wide variety of options on the menu, but it is most well known for the extensive brunch menu. Choose from bagels, tostadas, pancakes and waffles topped with the likes of eggs, avocado, bacon, salmon, cheese and a whole variety of sweet toppings too. Along with brunch they also offer hamburgers, mimosas, poke bowls, smoothies, pastries and much more.

The quality of the food is of a good standard, portions are generous and prices are reasonable. There’s indoor seating and plenty of tables outside too with sunshades to shield you from the sun.

The staff are very friendly and almost everyone can speak both English at least well enough to take your order if you don’t speak Spanish. It’s a great place to work for an hour or two as it has good WIFI.
