Café del Mar

Café del Mar is a Maresme brunch destination and bakery situated just in front of the sea, a stone’s throw from Vilassar de Mar train station. It has a wide variety of options on the menu, but it is most well-known for its extensive brunch menu. Choose from bagels, tostadas, pancakes, and waffles topped with the likes of eggs, avocado, bacon, salmon, cheese, and a whole variety of sweet toppings too. Along with brunch they also offer hamburgers, mimosas, poke bowls, smoothies, pastries, and much more.

The quality of the food is of a good standard, portions are generous and prices are reasonable. There’s indoor seating and plenty of tables outside too with sunshades to shield you from the sun.

The staff are very friendly and almost everyone can speak English at least well enough to take your order if you don’t speak Spanish. It’s a great place to work for an hour or two as it has good WIFI and a peaceful and bright atmosphere.
