 What people are saying about 11km Loop from Dosrius
Sunday morning hikes are my favourites. This 12km circular route was perfect - not too strenuous but enough to make you feel that you deserved to go home and relax on the sofa for the afternoon! Some lovely views over Maresme down to the sea and the cafe /restaurant Can Bruguera was the perfect spot for a snack, coffee or orange juice half way around.

It was a really energizing group walk through the forest with Ernest Borras's sculptures. The sculptures appear along the way, each piece telling a story and blending seamlessly with nature. Along the way, we took a break to enjoy coffee with stunning views over the Mataro coastline, which was great. This route is ideal for both art enthusiasts and nature lovers, with the added joy of sharing it with our canine companions (;

We did this hike back to front but it meant the easy bit and the sculptures were at the end - much better! Three hours was the perfect amount of time for a Sunday morning hike, The dogs also loved it. Fantastic views and forest vibes,

We had a wonderful hike from Dosrius up over the hill behind Mataro and back down the other side discovering enchanting sculptures in the woods (Ernest Borras).
The hike took us around 3 hours, but that was with a wonderful, well-deserved coffee and sandwich break in Can Bruguera overlooking Mataro and the Mediterranean!
There was enough uphill to have to remove our jackets, but overal the route was pretty gentle and it gave us plenty of time to have a good chin-wag and put the world to rights! I would definitely recommend this walk through the woods!
