Women’s Self Defence Workshop, Mataró

A series of Women’s Self-Defense Workshops in Mataró organised by Bujinkan Nintai Ryoku Dojo and Yoga Maresme Centre Holistic. The workshops will take place in March 2025, running every Saturday from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. 

This course provides a safe and supportive environment for participants to learn how to react, move, and defend themselves with confidence. Key topics include spatial awareness, self-defense techniques, natural weapons, balance, and structure, helping attendees develop greater security and control. 

Places are limited, with fees set at €60 for members and €65 for non-members.
