A full-day fair with stands with roses and books and different activities will take place in all the towns and villages in Maresme on the day of Sant Jordi.
Sant Jordi is a celebration that comes from the story of a knight that gave a rose to the princess that he saved, born from the dragon’s blood. So every year on this day the streets become filled with books and roses, which are typically exchanged between men and women.
