🌿 This day will offer you a complete experience. We will begin with a welcome coffee to get to know each other, followed by an introduction to the pillars that must be taken into account if we want to achieve and feel fulfilled within the framework of functional and integrative medicine. We will cover topics such as diet therapy focused on liver detoxification and the importance of optimal hormonal health, and we will end the day with a movement session. We’ll also enjoy a healthy menu specially designed to boost liver health, which will help you integrate some of what you’ve learned into the day.
