Ecstatic Dance, Cabrils

A new space for deep listening through the vibrations of Ecstatic Dance in Cabrils.

This is a gathering to move the body with awareness and in silence. The session unfolds like a musical wave inspired by the qualities of the 5Rhythms:
flowing to ground and breathe,
staccato to awaken energy,
chaos to release tension,
lyrical to expand,
and stillness to integrate.

No dance experience is needed and there are no steps to follow. Simply listen to your body and allow the movement to guide you. All emotions are welcome here: if you need to laugh, laugh; if you need to cry, cry; if you need to pause, breathe. Everything unfolds in respect for your own limits and those of others.
