This Birth & Baby Preparation Workshop will cover the following topics over 4 sessions,1.5 hour each:
Day 1 – 7th Feb at 1pm
Birth plan preparation, Arriving at the hospital, Recuperation period, Choosing your hospital
Day 2 – 14th Feb at 1pm
Body physiology during labour, Relaxation/breathing skills, Hypnobirthing/mindfulness, NLP programming tools
Day 3 – 21st Feb at 1pm
The role of the companion, Atmosphere during labour, Massage & positions, Hospital bag preparation
Day 4 – 28th Feb at 1pm
Bonding with your baby, Baby feeding basics, Baby sleep basics, Baby general care
The cost of the workshop is 95€ for the 4 sessions.
