Beach Yoga, Premià de Mar and Vilassar de Mar

Every Tuesday in Premià de Mar and every Thursday in Vilassar de Mar, beach yoga sessions will be held from 9:15 to 10:30. The sessions will be suitable for all levels and will offer an opportunity to practice yoga outdoors, connecting with the sea and the morning atmosphere.
Starting the day with beach yoga will help participants stretch and strengthen their bodies, improve flexibility, and reduce stress. Practicing in a natural environment will also enhance mindfulness and will promote a sense of calm and well-being.
