The stunning 3Suites apartments in Vilassar de Mar are distributed between the first and second floors of a newly renovated and stylish centrally located building in the Old Town. This is an ideal place for a group of friends or a family. Each has a separate bedroom as well as communal areas and the location is ideal – right in the heart of one of Maresme’s most beautiful towns.

ENTRANCE
 Access via a beautiful glass and metal door to the left of the building.
FIRST FLOOR
This consists of two twin beds, bathroom, kitchen/diner and terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fireplace, good smoke extraction, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, cutlery. There is a long bar for work or to have breakfast. The dining room table seats 6. The lounge area is at the back of the room, near the balcony and consists of a four-seater sofa and two armchairs .
The balcony has a table and a pair of metal armchairs from which to enjoy a coffee after lunch or plan the next adventure.
SECOND FLOOR
The bedrooms are on the second floor. Bedroom one consists of  two single beds and a private bathroom with shower. There are two windows with shutters, a desk for work, a small TV and a space to store clothes.
The second bedroom consists of a  double bed and a private bathroom with shower. It has a lovely private terrace overlooking the Old Town and a space to store clothes.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. It has a private terrace, a work desk, a small TV and a space to store clothes.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is modern and well laid out with separate bathrooms to each bedroom. It was fully air conditioned, which was wonderful given the very hot weather. The beds were clean and comfortable. Absolutely loved Vilassar de Mar, lots of fantastic places to eat at reasonable prices. The bakery and cafe in the square were a daily favourite. Great beach and beachside restaurant. Will definitely be returning. Sonia our host was really friendly and helpful during the whole stay, Gracias!
